THANK YOU to all who applied! Applications for the 2011 Calendar will be accepted in July 2010!

Apply for your child to be part of Ava’s Calendar of Hope!

Applications are being accepted until August 1, 2009 for children aged 0-7 years. Please note that if your application is chosen, there is a $50 session fee which will be donated directly to Ava’s Calendar of Hope. This is not a fee to apply and is only required if you have been selected to participate. There is no guarantee that your child’s images will be chosen for the Calendar. The selection of images for the calendar will be chosen by a panel comprised of Ava’s family members.

Families will receive 2 digital files from their session as a thank you for participating. If you would like to be a part of this very special project, please send the following information to info@avascalendarofhope.com
